Greetings Participants!

Thank you for registering for TISBHacks. This is just to remind you to fill out and submit this form by 7pm IST on the 16th of February. This form is meant provide us some extra information so that we can send our registration package to you before the event.

Please make sure this form is filled out with accurate details. Also note that even if one of your team members is eligible for the senior category, please select the senior category and not the junior.
